Sankar Electricals
Mr. Sivanandam Chettiar founder of “SENTHIL PLASTICS” who started his career as an employee for around 18 years in a shop at Salem, Tamil Nadu, INDIA.
In 1977, he started a small business in the name of Sankar Electricals.
Senthil Plastics
In 1990, further he extended his business dealing with plumbing, agri pipes and products in the name of Senthil Plastics.
Sankar Polymers
In 1992, his next venture was Sankar Polymers a PVC Pipes and hoses manufacturing factory.
Metro Pipes & Fittings
In 1996 Mr. S. Sankar s/o Mr. Sivanandam, Founder of Senthil Pipes and Metro Pipes and Fittings took over the business to the next level and developed a whole range of plumbing products under one brand in the name of METRO. Mr. S. SANKAR Director of “SENTHIL PLASTICS” created the brand name ‘METRO’ in 1996 and has many registrations under trademark registry for Metro brand range of products in 5 different classes.
